Last month saw a fantastic gathering at the Sidmouth in Bloom’s ‘Celebration of Success’ event – when an array of Royal Horticultural Society awards were handed out – as told by the Herald:
It took place on Thursday, October 19 at the Methodist Church Hall, with guest speaker Tony Taylor invited to talk about the work of the RSPB in Sidmouth. Guests enjoyed the evening with attendance by MP Simon Jupp and Cllr Hilary Nelson who gave out the RHS awards with Tony presenting the town competition awards. Thanks to Simon Horn who took the pictures for the event.

And that included the Friends of Glen Goyle – with working party member Sandra Snee in the centre of this photograph holding an It’s Your Neighbourhood Award :
