WORKING PARTY REPORT AND PHOTOS: 10TH AUGUST 2023

During some gentle clearing along a bank filled with a carpet of monospecies, volunteers from the Thursday working party spotted a bumble bee, probably emerging from one of the many holes dotting the bank. It is thought is was a buff-tailed bumble bee – and here’s a photo:
