WORKING PARTY REPORT AND PHOTOS: 16TH JULY 2022

With thanks for today’s report and photos from Phil Lee:

This morning, six eager volunteers set about more clearance of ivy and brambles, on the eastern side of the path. Good progress was made over about 30 metres.

As we worked, dappled light started to show through the canopy, as the most vigorous brambles were cleared. And after an hour or so, we were joined by a happy and busy robin (or two). The debris was piled off the path, for collection. We watered the plants that were planted last week.

In total, over the two and a half hours that we were there, twenty-nine people passed us on the path. This is a popular route.
