Back in July, the RHS judges and Sidmouth in Bloom visited the Glen – and the photos make for an impressive show.
Well, last year, the RHS gave an “It’s Your Neighbourhood” Outstanding Award for the Friends of Glen Goyle.
And last Saturday, at a relaxed ceremony at the Methodist Church Hall in Sidmouth, the FOGG volunteer working party were presented with their second RHS “It’s Your Neighbourhood” Outstanding Award:
Well done Friends of Glen Goyle’s working party: thank you for a year of volunteering!
There will be ‘official photos’ forthcoming.
And it’s understood that there will be a parks award in March.
