Glen Goyle colour

The acer, or Japanese maple, overlooking the lawn at Glen Goyle catches the eye – and yesterday, FOGG volunteer working party member John Hopkins caught the tree at its finest:

“Suddenly the maple has coloured up: it had been looking very disappointing – until now.”

John has taken other photos of this marvellous specimen and its beautiful leaves.
