In the meantime, there are plans for further gems to be planted along the Glen later in the spring, with EDDC horticultural officer Paul Fealey coming by to liaise and look forward with the FOGG volunteers at their regular Thursday morning shift.
One project will be to repair and seed the lawn – and then leave much of it as a wild flower zone – the lovely yellow celandine already busting out in the emerging grass of the ‘meadow’ area.
